That's why under this Budget, the Finance Department is providing the biggest compensation ever, to develop a premium insurance plan that anyone can afford, even if they have QQ$0 in their bank. That is, FREE premium insurance plan.
We're NOT going to talk about the price of the insurance; we're going to talk about the compensation of the something went wrong.
What if a member of QQ was covered with a QQ$1,000,000 limit? Without paying anything for premium? That will be very cool.
Hence, the Finance Department will allocate QQ$20 million under QuickInsurance, a new insurance agency invented by the Finance Department.
