Explanation
According to the Finance Department, almost all of the members of QQ are unemployed or underpaid. This is because the circulation of QQ dollars dramatically decreases.
This causes their bank account to either stay or decrease. We also understand that providing jobs to the members of QQ don’t help due to low source of income. That’s why the Finance Department is providing a monthly allowance. This payout will be given starting of January 2026 if this budget is passed.
A member of QQ can expect a QQ$10,000.00 transaction deposit to their personal main account monthly for 12 months. Total, each user will accumulate QQ$120,000.00.
Total budget amount: QQ$3,000,000.00
Benefit to: Up to 25 eligible members of QQ
Minimum requirement
Strictly for only all members of QQ.
Have at least one bank account in QQ Care Centre under any commercial bank that was managed by the Finance Department.
Regardless of any income status.
Regardless of employment status in QQ Care Centre and elsewhere.
Did NOT commit any offenses in the past 12 months.
Benefit to be received
Receive QQ$10,000.00 a month
Totaled up to QQ$120,000.00 for the year 2026
