Explanation
The Social Credit System (SCS) is a social behavior credit system that measures the moral, behavior, integrity and how trustworthy of a person, regardless of that person is a member of QQ or not.
Under QQ rules Penal Code 78 Act 2022, the SCS Department is responsible in managing everyone's social credit system.
To ensure that the SCS went well, QQ$100,000.00 will be allocated to ensure that the SCS shows an accurate score for every individual.
